Refund Policy/Service Agreement

Purchasing our babies are final. No refunds will occur unless agreed by both parties.
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds will occur unless agreed upon by both parties.
Buyer/Seller must abide by executed contract. Any deviation from the contract must be agreed upon by both parties. Any breach of contract could result of termination of contract by Only Birds.
Only Birds provides services to our clients per our expertise in avian care.
Only birds do not conduct any practices that are not within our scope of training/experience.
Due to the way some birds are brought to us to provide a service, we have the right to deny service. If bird shows signs of abuse/neglect, Only Birds will deny any service we provide. Both parties must agree on moving forward with any service.
Only Birds are not liable for any health complications before, after or during any services being provided to our customers. Both parties will agree to service contract agreement.
